More than 600 people joined the demonstration inside the Summit shopping mall in USJ, causing chaos for about two hours.
Five people were arrested at the gathering, which disrupted the 20th Traditional Taekwondo Academy Championship held at the mall.
Rallying under the coalition, Protest Against the Toll Hike, the demonstration started at 4pm inside the mall before police forced the crowd out of the building.
